$140 - $200 per room per night.

Bookings & Cancellation

50% deposit taken at time of booking via direct deposit. Balance payable any time before expected arrival via bank deposit.

Cancellations outside of 14 days of expected arrival: no penalty.
Cancellations within 14 days of expected arrival: 50% of total booking charged if accommodation not relet.
Cancellations within 48 hours of expected arrival ie. after 2pm - full charge applies.
